The 2006 St. Clair West Annual General Meeting was held at Regal Heights Bistro.There were several police officers from 13 Division to answer questions and give information about new police initiatives in the neighbourhood. 
The winner of  The Clean & Beautiful City Award, Wendy Fletcher, was present to show the BIA pictures of her prizewinning gardening work on Rosemount Ave. and Oakwood Ave.at Oakwood School. 
There were 2 new members nominated and elected, Errol Lindsay from Lindsay Cleaners and Joe LoCurto, a property owner. 
The 2007 budget was approved with the Capital Cost Project being the Solar Light Sculpture project that was begun  with a 'Call to Artists' in 2006.
